Material

 

"1/8" White Dibond" and "1/8" Brushed Silver Dibond" are the materials we offer for printing. The main difference between the two is the color and finish of the aluminum sheets.

  1. "1/8" White Dibond" refers to Dibond material with a white, glossy finish on the aluminum sheets.
  2. "1/8" Brushed Silver Dibond" refers to Dibond material with a brushed, silver finish on the aluminum sheets.

 

Aside from the color and finish, both "1/8" White Dibond" and "1/8" Brushed Silver Dibond" have similar properties and uses, including being durable, lightweight, and ideal for printing and displaying signs, displays, and trade show graphics.

 

Grommets and Cutting

 

Grommets can be added to the material to provide extra reinforcement for hanging or to add a decorative element. The use of grommets would depend on the intended application and personal preference. You can customize the sizes and shapes of your gatorboard. We offer rectangular shaping, as well as:

 

  • "Custom Shape Cut (Simple)" which typically involves cutting the gatorboard print into basic, straightforward shapes such as squares, rectangles, or circles.

 

  • "Custom Shape Cut (Advance)" involves cutting the gatorboard print into more complex shapes that may have intricate details and curves. This type of cut often requires more precision and specialized equipment compared to simple cuts.

 

To reduce file size, please upload in .jpg format. If you choose another file format, please ensure all layers are flattened. For best results, please use our downloadable templates below. All the available templates already have the correct dimensions, including bleed.

“Express” Turnaround means as soon as humanly possible under current production schedule. NO CUT OFF TIMES. YansPrint team will be in direct contact with you to coordinate the project.
